The Exhibition on “Tubers of Goa” was organised in the Research Room to highlight the rich diversity of indigenous tuber crops of the region. The exhibition aimed to create awareness about their nutritional value, traditional uses, and importance in sustainable food systems. Students actively participated and gained valuable insights into Goa’s agricultural heritage.
