Post Graduate Department of English of Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Sanquelim, Goa in collaboration with Don’t Postpone Writing Collective, a student led social media initiative organized “Chapters and Challenges: From Bookshelves to Game Zones” on 2nd August 2025 from 9.30am to 1.30pm in the Seminar Hall. This event was conceptualized by Dr. Ambika Kamat, the coordinator of the event, as a unique way of fostering bonds and networks between alumni of the department since its inception, that is, from 2021-22, through interesting literary games and a book exchange. A core team from the batch of 2023-25, constituting of Ms. Griselle Afonso, Mr. Gordon Pires, Mr. Jason Gonzalves, Mr. Dikshant Sawant and Ms. Areeba Shah, was proactive in planning and executing this event along with the current M.A. Part II students. Shri Sharat Jamkhandi, Vice Principal (PG Section) and Programme Coordinator (M.A. English) graced the occasion.
